In response to feedback from our patients, we have developed a new appointment system. In order to support all of our patients to access clinical services in a timely manner, and to ensure that you are directed to the right healthcare professional, from 16th May 2022, we will be using an online Patient Triage tool and will no longer accept requests for GP appointments over the phone.
Between 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday, for all urgent and non-urgent clinical advice, GP appointment requests and administrative queries, please complete an online form using our patient triage tool. Please be assured that all clinical queries will be assessed by the duty doctor and you will receive a response from our team on the same working day for clinically urgent issues and within 2 working days for non-urgent issues.

For urgent clinical advice after 6PM, or if you do not have a computer or smartphone, please call the surgery and a member of our reception team will deal with your request.
Depending on the nature and clinical urgency of your query, you may be offered a telephone or face-to-face appointment with a GP, or you may be referred to the practice nurse, pharmacist or another healthcare professional.
Repeat prescriptions should be requested using our online service or via the NHS app. Alternatively, you may complete a hand-written form and drop this through our dedicated letterbox. Please allow 3 working days for your prescription to be processed.
