Contact us online

If you have an urgent medical problem and need to be assessed by our clinical team today, please telephone the practice on 020 8614 4930 and a member of our reception team will deal with your request. Please be prepared to give some brief details about your condition so that the Duty Doctor can prioritise the most urgent patients.

In response to feedback from our patients, we have developed a new appointment system. In order to support all of our patients to access clinical services in a timely manner, and to ensure that you are directed to the right healthcare professional, from 16th May 2022, we will be using an online Patient Triage tool and will no longer accept requests for non-urgent GP appointments over the phone.

Starting your consultation online helps to keep our phone lines free for patients with an urgent clinical need.

To request a non-urgent consultation and for all administrative queries, please complete an online consultation form using our new Patient Triage tool.

This is quick and easy to use and all clinical queries will be assessed by the duty doctor. Please be assured that you will receive a response from our team within 2 working days. Depending on the nature and clinical urgency of your query, you may be offered a telephone or face-to-face appointment with a GP, or you may be referred to the practice nurse, pharmacist or another healthcare professional.

You can access our online consultation page from 8AM to 4PM Monday to Friday.

Repeat prescriptions should be requested using our online service or via the NHS app. Alternatively, you may ask your pharmacist to request a prescription on your behalf or complete a hand-written form and drop this through our dedicated letterbox. Please allow 3 working days for your prescription to be processed.

For queries regarding hospital appointments, please contact the hospital directly.

Thank you for your patience and co-operation during this period of change.
