About Us:

From Monday 23rd March we are adopting more stringent measures designed to manage coronavirus infection risks.  This is necessary to protect our patients and our team.

Appointments offered will be telephone consultations and a GP or Nurse will call you.  If the doctor or nurse wishes for you to attend the surgery they will arrange this.

If you or your child is unwell and you need advice from the practice then please contact us as you usually would. Please do not delay contacting your practice and seeking advice if you and your child need it. During the COVID19 pandemic, don’t come to the practice – contact us first.

Important Notices

Please note that people in the 50-64-year old age group will not be vaccinated until November and December, providing there is sufficient vaccine, and no appointments will be offered for this age group until then. This is to ensure that those who are most at risk are vaccinated first.  If you are 50-64 and you are in one of the other groups which is eligible for the flu vaccination, for example you have a health condition which puts you at risk from the flu, you will be invited earlier.

Please download the NHS App available on Google Play and Apple. This enables you to electronically order your repeat prescriptions & book appointments. You will be asked to nominate a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent directly to.

We are continuing to see routine childhood immunisations, essential wounds and essential injections only. Please contact reception for more information.

In response to the latest Coronavirus guidance you need to self-isolate for 7 days if you have had a new onset of cough or fever (temperature above 37.8) or 14 days if you are in a household with a person who is symptomatic.  A symptom tracker is available at https://111.nhs.uk/service/covid-19.   More guidance on social distancing and self-isolation can be found here
