To request a referral to a specific NHS service, please submit an ‘admin query’ via our online form. Please be advised that you typically require a GP appointment before a referral can be done. We will contact you to arrange an appointment if this is the case.

Private referrals

Your GP can write you a referral letter to be seen privately. To request this, please submit an ‘admin query’ via our online form. Please be advised that you typically require a GP appointment before a referral can be done. We will contact you to arrange an appointment if this is the case.

To get an update on the progress of your referral, please contact the hospital and department that we have referred you to. The contact number is on the referral letter we provide you when the referral is processed.
