Appointments
Routine appointments
For ALL appointment requests please submit an online form by clicking ‘Contact us online’ below.
The form is available 8am-6pm Mon-Fri.
All appointment requests are triaged by the duty doctor on the same working day and you will be contacted within 2 working days with either an appointment booking link or appropriate clinical advice. When clinically appropriate, an appointment may be offered with a GP or another healthcare professional, e.g. a Nurse, Healthcare Assistant or Pharmacist.
Submitting an online form on your child’s behalf: If your child is under 18, you may submit the online form on their behalf. Once your child turns 18, they MUST submit the form themselves. Please also advise them to provide us with their mobile number as the new form of contact. They can update their details online via the ‘update your details’ form.
Here are some tips for taking good quality photographs to share with your GP:
– Use the best quality camera you have (the higher the megapixels, the better)
– Take several photos, including a view of the whole area and close-ups. It is often helpful to take photos from different angles
– Make sure the area is well lit, but not flooded with light. Avoid direct sunlight or having a window behind the subject
– If possible, use a plain background, such as a light-coluored wall or sheet
– Put the area of interest in the middle of the frame. For close-ups, place a ruler or coin next to the area of interest to show its size
– Avoid large files. The maximum file size is 8 MB per image
Urgent Appointments
If you have a clinically urgent issue, please submit the online form between 8am-6pm and you will receive a response from our team on the same working day.
For urgent clinical advice after 6PM, or if you do not have a computer or smartphone, please call the surgery and a member of our reception team will deal with your request.
Cancelling your appointment
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

Home Visits
Home visits are generally only undertaken for those who are housebound. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to assess for and schedule home visits.
You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP.
If you have recently had a baby, you should be contacted by the Health Visitor to arrange a home visit within the first few weeks.
